Richtek recently presents ColdBridgeTM power module which comprises driver MOSFETs, voltage regulators, converters, power stabilizer, inductors and/or IC substrate in a monolithic structure, and will integrate with other semiconductor chips and devices and interface cards in order to deliver high output current across a wide input voltage range.
